The 4th Annual Eastern Massachusetts Amateur Baseball Classic was held Sunday, July 12 at Campanelli Stadium in Brockton, MA, home of the Brockton Rox. This event features All-Star teams from the 4 premier amateur baseballs leagues in the Boston area: Boston Park League, Cranberry League, Intercity League, Yawkey League.
The tournament was a one-day event with no consolation game.
Game 1 – Yawkey Baseball League 4, Cranberry League 3
Game 2 – Intercity Baseball League 14, Boston Park League 2
Championship – Intercity Baseball League 6, Yawkey Baseball League 3
Congratulations to the Intercity League for winning their second Eastern Mass Baseball Classic. The Intercity league won the inaugural classic with
a 6-5 win over the Cranberry League.
