The 2021 David Ortiz Postseason Most Value Player was awarded to
Ryan Obin of the Al Thomas Athletics.
During the postseason Obin appeared in five games. Obin went 4-0 in four starts and picked up a save in his only relief appearance.
In the best of five semifinal round, Obin started and won Game 1 and Game 5. In those two starts, he would allow 0 earned runs over 10 innings.
In the best of seven finals, Obin appeared in three of the four games pitching 21 innings. He started and earned wins in both Games 1 and Games 4. He would also pick up a save in Game 3.
