YBL holds Alumni Game

Yawkey League Alumni

On Friday May 13 the Yawkey Baseball League held what we believe is a first of its kind for local amateur baseball, an Alumni game made up of 20 former YBL players from over 13 different Franchises going back as far as the late 1980’s.

The game was held at Rogers Park, the oldest in use park in the league for close to 50 years. It was a great night of baseball and a celebration of the history of our league.

It was a great time and a really fun experience.  We are looking forward to next years game.
